Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: 28 August 2026 · Raholu Holdings Ltd

This statement is made in line with the principles of section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by Raholu Holdings Limited (“Raholu”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — including its Raholu Logistics division — to understand and address the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to preventing modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking and child labour in any part of our business.

Our organisation and supply chains

Raholu Holdings Limited is a company registered in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Through its Raholu Logistics division, the business coordinates end-to-end logistics solutions — including air, sea and road freight, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution and documentation — delivered through a trusted network of third-party partners.

As a coordination business rather than a direct manufacturer or carrier, our supply chain consists primarily of logistics service partners (carriers, freight forwarders, customs agents and warehousing providers) together with professional-service suppliers. We recognise that the international transport and logistics sector can carry modern-slavery and labour-exploitation risks, particularly within lower-tier and subcontracted labour, and we take those risks seriously.

Our policies

We maintain policies that reflect our commitment to responsible and lawful conduct, including a code of conduct, partner and supplier standards, a safe (whistleblowing) reporting route, and recruitment and equal-opportunities practices. These policies make clear that modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking and child labour have no place in our operations or in the supply chains we work with, and that everyone acting on our behalf is expected to uphold the same standards.

Due diligence and partner standards

We seek to work only with partners and suppliers who share our commitment to lawful and ethical treatment of workers. Our onboarding of logistics partners includes checks on their legitimacy and standing, and our arrangements require partners to comply with applicable employment, anti-slavery and human-rights laws, and to expect equivalent standards from any subcontractors they engage. Where we have reason to believe a partner does not meet these standards, we will raise the matter and, where necessary, end the relationship.

Risk assessment and management

We assess the risk of modern slavery with regard to the regions in which we and our partners operate, the nature of the services provided, and the labour intensity of the work involved. Relationships that present a higher risk receive additional scrutiny. Any concern about modern slavery connected to our operations or supply chain can be raised confidentially and will be reviewed and acted upon.

Training and awareness

We raise awareness of modern-slavery risks among relevant members of our team — particularly those involved in operations, procurement and partner management — so that they are able to recognise potential indicators and know how to escalate concerns.

Our commitment

We regard the prevention of modern slavery as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-off exercise. We will continue to strengthen our approach as our business grows and our partner network develops, and we review this statement at least once a year.

Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Raholu Holdings Limited and is signed on its behalf by a Director. It will be reviewed and updated annually.
